Description: An advancement of the regular Chakra Scalpel. This jutus functions the same as chakra scalpel, except that the medical chakra coating the user’s hand extends in an aura about 2-3in. This means that even opponents who could normally narrowly dodge the hand, are still hit by chakra scalpel due to the added range.
