Shino talked to Dr. Briefs and asks of any errands he needs done he said he needed so meone to send som emergency mail but he was too busy to do it himself so he asked shino to do it for him. Shino said to himself too easy sent som bugs to take the message right from his hands and take to the closest mailbox/post office. Then shino asked for his 200 zennie and left.
