Description:
The Flying Thunder God was invented by Minato Namikaze, it allows the user to teleport anywhere as long as the seal is there, it produces no smoke or noise. allowing it to be used to sneak in high security areas, but the seal must be at the area. The Seal can be applied secretly without being noticed, and the seal is barely noticable. The Seal can also be tracked, the person who applied the seal knows the location of the seal at all times, allowing surviellance.
