Description: This jutsu is merely a technique that allows the user to stop their movements from making any noise. Things like rustling of clothing, stepping on twigs, and other noises no longer occur. This occurs from coating there body in an incredibly thin layer of chakra that holds everything perfectly in place, as well as adding a soft layer beneath the feet to stop the breaking of twigs or any sounds from moving.
