Description:
This can only be used by the Hyuga clan and has to be used with Byakugan. If you hit your opponet, you can either decrease their chakra flow or make it go faster. When you make it go slower, you gain chakra and your opponet loses chakra, if you enhance their chakra their chakra flows faster.
