Description: For this technique, the user will form handseals, and place both hands on a surface. No matter the surface, 200 shuriken will arise from the surface, and jet at the target using the user’s chakra. Depending on the surface, the user can add a burning affect by making another handseal, and infusing fire chakra. It is with this infusion that the technique becomes B rank. This burning effect cannot be added if the surface is water, or metal.
