" Well, Akio, your a enemy of the Hidden Leaf. " Nuchiha said to Akio, he then would turn his head towards Nasu, " You are too by attacking me directly. " Nuchiha said to Nasu, then he turned his head to Akio again, " But, your wanted much much more than Nasu, and I will probably take Nasu off the criminal list. She attacked me because she thought I insulted her, I can understand that, I would have probably done the samething. " Nuchiha said, he then would turn his head so he was facing no one. " Well, if I kill Akio, I would kill a innocent. What to do, What to do. " Nuchiha said as he pondered for a answer.

Akio smiled, "Yes, quite the pickle you're in." He wouldn't be phased by her cutting her head off. As long as she was alive, Akio was fine. "Face it, the only thing you can do is dodge dodge dodge." Akio defused with the 2 scarecrow, but the jutsu would still hold the same. Akio stayed on the mark he made as one scarecrow picked up the giant butcher knife and charged Nuchiha. The other would watch.

" Akio, you forgot one thing, Namekians, can regenerate, you can't. Now, your in two, while Nasu can regenerate herself. "

" GAH! Well, but, if she or you dies, the jutsu wears off? " Nuchiha said to Akio, thne he would turn to Nasu, " Sorry for cutting you in half, thought it would fix it, but you can regenerate, your a Namekian. " Nuchiha said to Nasu.

"You morons." She said, stabbing herself in the heart. "I'm dead now." The jutsu wore off. She then regenerated her body. "Jutsu is over." She said, creating a tranquilizing dart in her hand, before throwing it at Akio.

OOC:You can't do that. You can't kill yourself and put yourself back to life. And the namekians can only regenerate limbs, if you stop your heart beating you're dead. What do you think you are, Immortal?

OOC: Yeah, if you do that, you go to otherworld. You can't just come back after killing yourself, but if you choose to die, the jutsu will wear off and you'll be in otherworld.

OOC: Akio's right, he wouldn't die, you would actually have to die for the jutsu to wear off, I mean actually die. His jutsu pretty much has no loop holes as I can see.

OOC: Hes immortal as long as you live, the only way for him to die is if you actually die. Thats one tough jutsu he got.

Nasu lept forward staff in hand, she stabbed next to him as a feint, before stretching her arms toward him, pulling him out of the circle.

Akio blinked a couple of times. "Damn..." Nasu would feel the pain Akio felt too. "You fell for it. HAHAHA" Akio laughed to the sky. "I created a false loophole. I stayed in this circle to draw you out and now..." AKio grabbed the arms pushing him and held them tight. "Now you die." A scarecrow would jump behind Nasu and vertically swing at her, then rapidly swing all around, trying to cut every part of her body into bits and pieces.

"Wow." She said, a hand covering her hand in mock surprise. "What will I do?" She asked, before pointing out she had an arm. "I'm a regenative master." She stated. "I can regenerate to a much more advanced point than most nameks." The two newly grown hands moved quickly, her left hand, laced with ki, stopped the sword, whilst the other plunged a freshly created tranquilizer into his neck. She twisted slightly, plunging her knee into the mans groan. Something would have to get to him, there were just two many.

Akio smiled, the tranquilizer and kick would be felt by him and Natsu, though he stopped the kick with his knee. "Well, if I can't kill you, I'll just make you feel so much pain you'll have to submit." Akio bit his thumb until it bled. The blood ran down his arm and body. "I have another jutsu, and when enough blood spills, I'll use it and destroy you."

OOC: Remember, regeneration doesnt stop pain itself.

OOC: I feel your pain. The tranquilizer doesn't affect me. You didn't dodge the tranquilizer, so eventually you will become unconsious. Have Fun!
